Rental Wash Bay
About The Position
The Rental Wash Bay position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rental equipment, ensuring it is in good working order before and after each rental. This role also involves performing routine maintenance, reporting any equipment damage, and keeping the wash bay area clean and organized. The position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of experience operating or maintaining equipment similar to that in the rental fleet. The ability to understand operating directions, maintain cleaning equipment, and follow safety requirements is essential. A valid driver's license is also required.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience operating or maintaining the type of equipment in the Wyoming Rents rental fleet
- Must be able to understand operating directions for various cleaning equipment
- Must be able to maintain cleaning equipment
- Must have general knowledge of all the rental equipment
- Must be able to perform routine maintenance on a larger variety of equipment
- Must be able to understand and follow all safety requirements
- Able to use pressure washer, grease gun, shop vac, glass cleaner and degreaser
- Valid drivers’ license required (driving record must meet company insurance standards; driving record is reviewed annually)
Responsibilities
- Clean all equipment before and after rental
- Perform and follow maintenance schedule of all equipment
- Check all equipment for damage
- Report any damage to Store Manager and Equipment Manager
- Keep the wash bay clean and organized
- Check fluid levels of equipment
