About The Position

Snowbird is seeking a Rental Technician to support the daily operations of Cliff Sports, Snowbird Sports, and Creekside Sports. This role involves assisting guests with rental and demo equipment, selling accessories, apparel, and souvenirs, and contributing to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced mountain resort environment. Snowbird offers a unique experience with distinct summer and winter seasons and provides various employment opportunities.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.

Nice To Haves

• Rental shop experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fit guests for ski and snowboard rental equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Tune and maintain rental/demo equipment.
• Run the point of sale to sell tunes, rentals and retail items.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
