About The Position

The Summer Rental Technician provides front-line customer service by properly selecting and setting up bike equipment for guests. Other responsibilities include inspecting equipment as it gets returned, cleaning and maintaining rental equipment, and making basic adjustments and repairs to our guests’ equipment. Requirements

• Must have customer service experience
• Capable of standing for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work flexible work schedules that may include weekends and holidays
• Self-starter, ability to work with high standards without supervision
• High safety standards
• Attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of mountain bikes and summer sports equipment
• Basic cashiering skills
• Passion for winter and summer sports

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Must be proactive and take ownership of situations while anticipating and responding to guest needs and wants.
• Responsible for proper setup up of rental equipment
• Inspect and maintain mountain bikes
• Provide daily maintenance on rental equipment
• Provide accurate cashiering
