Requirements

Previous experience in equipment rentals and/or customer service required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in staging, positioning, and retrieving rental equipment on company property
Maintain and follow a written equipment maintenance schedule; service equipment as needed to ensure proper operation
Inspect equipment before and after rentals to document damage or missing items
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information on rental options, pricing, and policies
Process rental agreements and collect required documentation
Coordinate equipment pick-up and drop-off schedules
Resolve customer questions, issues, and concerns in a timely manner
Upsell additional products or services when appropriate
Maintain accurate records of all rental transactions
Continue learning equipment rental processes and gain knowledge of a wide range of equipment
Perform additional duties as assigned
