Requirements

  • Previous experience in equipment rentals and/or customer service required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in staging, positioning, and retrieving rental equipment on company property
  • Maintain and follow a written equipment maintenance schedule; service equipment as needed to ensure proper operation
  • Inspect equipment before and after rentals to document damage or missing items
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide information on rental options, pricing, and policies
  • Process rental agreements and collect required documentation
  • Coordinate equipment pick-up and drop-off schedules
  • Resolve customer questions, issues, and concerns in a timely manner
  • Upsell additional products or services when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of all rental transactions
  • Continue learning equipment rental processes and gain knowledge of a wide range of equipment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
