Requirements

A strong foundation in construction equipment, rentals, or related industry experience.
Sharp customer service instincts with the confidence to handle tough conversations.
Solid organization and multitasking skills—you can juggle it all without dropping the ball.
A drive to think creatively and deliver top-notch solutions for customers.
Leadership skills to coach and motivate others.

Responsibilities

Be the frontline connection for our rental customers—answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they get exactly what they need.
Own the process from start to finish: contracts, scheduling, equipment checks, and deliveries.
Keep our rental fleet organized, ready, and looking sharp.
Lead, mentor, and support your teammates—because leadership isn’t just about a title.
Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Drivers to keep the rental operation seamless.
Bring your creativity and problem-solving skills to handle challenges that come your way.
