What You’ll Do Be the frontline connection for our rental customers—answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they get exactly what they need. Own the process from start to finish: contracts, scheduling, equipment checks, and deliveries. Keep our rental fleet organized, ready, and looking sharp. Lead, mentor, and support your teammates—because leadership isn’t just about a title. Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Drivers to keep the rental operation seamless. Bring your creativity and problem-solving skills to handle challenges that come your way.

Requirements

• A strong foundation in construction equipment, rentals, or related industry experience.
• Sharp customer service instincts with the confidence to handle tough conversations.
• Solid organization and multitasking skills—you can juggle it all without dropping the ball.
• A drive to think creatively and deliver top-notch solutions for customers.
• Leadership skills to coach and motivate others.
