About The Position

Join our team as a Rental Sales Representative, where you’ll be responsible for business development through the marketing of our rental products lines, lease and maintenance contracts, and account management for existing accounts. This role offers a salary with uncapped commission and a car allowance. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, teamwork, and making a measurable impact. The territory for this role with be Tukwila, WA to Bellingham WA.

Requirements

• High School diploma or higher
• 3–7 years of experience in sales, account management, dealership operations, or fleet management.
• Self motivated sales professional with a proven track record.
• Practical knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and customer service best practices.

• advanced education or certifications in business, sales, or automotive/truck maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers, renew contracts, and meet annual sales and margin goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Use targeted marketing to increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Maintain strong communication and responsiveness with customers.
• Work across departments to ensure seamless service and quick issue resolution.
• Keep accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer activity in our CRM.
• Provide regular updates on sales activity and forecasts.
• Follow credit policies and assist with collections when needed.
• Track new unit deliveries to support planning and operations.
