Requirements

  • Ability to implement strong strategy plans, and to bring tasks to completion
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong skills within the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word); Salesforce knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to travel 75% (may include weekends)
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience is a requirement
  • Previous sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supports territory sales activities to drive overall revenue number for region with a focus on specific product lines.
  • Provides product in-service training for the Patient Support Systems portfolio (Smartbeds, surfaces & other medical devices) in a hospital setting to support product optimization.
  • Ensures educational programs meet corporate and customer goals and acts as a liaison between the team and customers.
  • Works directly alongside the sales team and customers.
  • Communicates with internal team members and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Participates in delivery/implementation planning activities (customer meetings, conference calls, WebEx training, etc.).
  • Uses Salesforce to assist in driving new sales opportunities while helping maintain existing business.
  • Meets monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the corporation.
  • Conducts negotiations and finalizes sales.
  • Leads all aspects of the installation of new products post-delivery to the customers.
