Rental Sales Agents are currently averaging $2,000–$5,000 in monthly bonuses, creating an annual bonus opportunity of approximately $24,000–$60,000+. With base pay and bonuses combined, successful agents can achieve total annual earnings between approximately $67,000 and $103,000+.

Requirements

You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact
You bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships
You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and are authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

Responsibilities

You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment
You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction
You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings
You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile
