About The Position
We are looking for a casual Rental Sales Agent with a passion to drive customer satisfaction through providing outstanding service. If this is you and you’re ready for your next destination then you have cruised to the right spot! The Rental Sales Agent consults with customers on their Hertz rental. Maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensures that the customer receive world class customer service and sales support.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Ability to upsell and overcome customer objections.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Consults with customers on their Hertz rental.
- Maximizes revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections.
- Ensures that the customer receives world-class customer service and sales support.
