About The Position

At SIXT, we are looking for talented individuals in customer service and sales to join our team. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing our fleet of vehicles, and undertaking various tasks at the branch. We provide comprehensive training on our vehicles. This role offers flexible working hours and excellent development opportunities, with an hourly rate of $19.85 plus uncapped bonuses.

Requirements

• Proven upselling and closing skills, motivated by targets and customer contact.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Communicative and articulate in English.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, demonstrating friendliness, professionalism, and a passion for sales and service.
• Confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services to enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries in an organized and service-oriented manner.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.
