About The Position

This role ensures customer satisfaction by advising on and up-selling our fleet of vehicles to meet customer needs, driving the rental experience at the airport branch. You will learn everything you need to know about our vehicles and benefit from flexible working hours and great development opportunities. You will earn an hourly rate of $24.00 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses, resulting in an average salary range from $106k up to $126k with unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact.
Valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships.
Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction.
Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure.
Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours.
Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customers – friendly, professional, and passionate about sales and service.
Greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs.
Prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction.
Meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings.
Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile.
