About The Position

At SIXT, we are looking for talented individuals with strong customer service and sales skills to join our team. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, managing our fleet of vehicles, and handling various branch tasks. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of our vehicles and benefit from flexible working hours and excellent development opportunities. This role offers an hourly rate of $19.25 with the potential for uncapped bonuses.

Requirements

• Proven upselling and closing skills, motivated by targets and customer contact.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Communicative and articulate in English.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, demonstrating friendliness, professionalism, and a passion for sales and service.
• Confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services to enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries in an organized and service-oriented manner.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.
