About The Position

At SIXT, we are looking for talented individuals in customer service and sales to join our team. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing our fleet of vehicles, and handling various tasks at the branch. We provide comprehensive training on our vehicles. This role offers flexible working hours, great development opportunities, an hourly rate of $17.25, and the potential to earn uncapped bonuses.

Requirements

• Proven upselling and closing skills, motivated by targets and customer contact.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Communicative and articulate in English.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional, and sales-oriented service.
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services to enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries efficiently and courteously.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.
