About The Position
Fox Rent A Car is seeking high-energy, driven sales professionals to join our team as Rental Sales Agents. This role is ideal for competitive salespeople who enjoy engaging customers, recommending solutions, and maximizing earnings through performance. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to upgrade the experience, recommend protection products, and close the sale. If you are motivated by goals, commissions, and the excitement of winning, this role is for you. This role is non-exempt and pays $20.74 an hour.
Requirements
- Enjoy sales and thrive on closing deals
- Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by commission
- Perform well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Confident speaking with customers and recommending solutions
- Enjoy performance-based work where effort directly impacts earnings
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, tourism, or other customer-facing roles is helpful, but drive, confidence, and motivation to succeed are what matter most.
Responsibilities
- Turn every customer interaction into a sales opportunity
- Confidently present vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and value-added services
- Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer travel needs
- Recommend solutions that enhance the customer’s experience while maximizing revenue
- Close sales with confidence and professionalism
- Process rental agreements quickly and accurately in a fast-paced airport environment
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and location sales targets
