About The Position

At SIXT, the Rental Sales Agent role is focused on customer service and sales, where you will ensure customer satisfaction by advising on and up-selling vehicles to meet customer needs. This role is key to driving the rental experience at the airport branch. SIXT provides training on their fleet of vehicles and offers flexible working hours and development opportunities. The position offers an hourly rate of $19.20 with the potential for uncapped bonuses, leading to an average salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 with unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience.
Motivation by targets and direct customer contact.
Experience in sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental.
Service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships.
Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer interaction.
Comfort working in a commission-driven environment and thriving under pressure.
Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Flexible approach to working hours.
Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
Authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional, and sales-and-service-oriented interactions.
Greet and guide customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs.
Prepare rental agreements and upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services.
Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling, driven by performance-based earnings.
Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, maintaining organization and a service-oriented attitude.
