At Ryder, the Rental Account Manager is a key part of a dynamic team, empowered to develop their sales career within a company that is a top technology provider for the Food & Beverage Supply Chain, a top Third Party Logistics (3PL) Provider to the Retail Industry, and boasts the largest Electric Truck Footprint in the US. This role serves as the primary Rental Sales/Marketing function at the Business Unit (BU) level, focusing on commercial rental and trailer services product lines. The main objective is to increase Ryder's rental sales presence in the BU by generating profitable new accounts and retaining existing ones, ultimately leading to pure rental revenue growth, improved profitability, and enhanced Return on Assets. Additionally, with lease conversion quotas, this position acts as an extra filter for lease sales, boosting productivity and performance for the Lease Sales organization. The role involves ground travel and includes a salary, company cell phone, mileage reimbursement, and excellent monthly commission potential.
