The Rental Account Manager serves as the primary Rental Sales/Marketing function at the Business Unit (BU) level, mainly supporting commercial rental and trailer services product lines. This position aims to increase Ryder's rental sales presence in the BU, ensuring the generation of profitable new accounts while retaining existing accounts, leading to pure rental revenue growth, improved profitability, and improved Return on Assets. Additionally, with lease conversion quotas, the position acts as an additional lease sales filter, improving lease sales productivity and performance for the Lease Sales organization. The role requires ground travel and includes salary, company cell phone, reimbursement on mileage, and excellent monthly commission payout potential. Some travel may apply for training.
