About The Position

The Part-Time Rental Representative is an entry-level role for a driven individual seeking to develop skills in an entrepreneurial environment. The representative works with sales, administrative, service, and operations teams and supports customer accounts, vehicle fleet management, and the rental sales process. The position is generally planned for 15–25 hours per week and is located at 3322 Southway Dr, St Cloud, MN 56301.

Requirements

At least 6 months of retail sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to make independent decisions and work well in a team environment.
Customer service and organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
Proficiency with a computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Valid driver’s license and ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck.
Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
Maintain a current driver qualification file, including an annual motor vehicle records check, a successfully completed DOT physical, and safety performance history records requests from prior employers in the last three years. CDL holders also require a DOT drug screening within 30 days of start and are subject to an FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the required location, and travel as necessary.
Accurately complete Penske’s employment application and submit to a background investigation, including past employment, education, and criminal history, and drug screening.
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner, and to accept responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others.
Ability to read; communicate verbally and/or in writing; remember and analyze information; and remember and understand instructions or guidelines.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit; frequently use hands to touch, handle, and feel and reach with hands and arms; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds/12 kilograms.
Vision abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
