Rental Property Support Person
About The Position
Real Property Management Seacoast NH has a new opening for a Rental Property Support Person. This would be a part-time job requiring a consistent schedule. This is not a typical office job; the day-to-day tasks will consist of driving to various properties to perform detailed evaluations and condition reports on rental homes. This position will also include various tasks such as lockbox and sign pickup/drop-off, property checks, and deliveries. This position will be part-time or contract to start, with potential to grow into a full-time position and advancement opportunities. Training will be provided.
Requirements

- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Lift 40-50 lbs
- Ok with driving in the car for long periods of time
- Must provide your own dependable vehicle (with vehicle insurance/Valid Driver's License)
- Must be willing to drive a minimum of 30-45 miles out from your home zip code
- Able to use a ladder and basic hand tools
Nice To Haves
- No experience is necessary and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly reviewing single-family and multi-unit residential properties for overall condition and any damages/issues
- Documenting damages through photos and comments
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Carrying small ladders, changing smoke alarms, etc.
- Lockbox and sign pickup/drop-off
- Property checks
- Deliveries
