Rental Property Photographer - Nashville, TN
About The Position
PlanOmatic delivers professional real estate photography and 3D tours to the single-family rental industry nationwide, at scale, and with fast turnaround. We work with 250+ contracted photographers across 27 states who share our commitment to quality and consistency. This role is for a photographer with a portfolio that demonstrates their work. The ideal candidate understands lighting, composition, and how to work efficiently on location. This is flexible, part-time freelance work to fill gaps in a schedule, with straightforward gigs and no client-facing pressure. You will photograph residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours. Most assignments take 30–60 minutes on-site. You'll upload your work directly through our app, and our editing team handles post-production and client delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrable photography experience (real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred)
- Portfolio or sample work must be submitted with application
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash
- Comfortable working independently and meeting turnaround deadlines
- DSLR or Mirrorless camera
- Wide-angle lens (16mm full-frame / 10mm CMOS)
- Off-camera flash with diffuser
- Tripod
- Apple or Android device with memory card reader
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license
- Photographer's Liability Insurance
