About The Position

PlanOmatic delivers professional real estate photography and 3D tours to the single-family rental industry nationwide. We are seeking a freelance photographer with a strong portfolio and understanding of lighting and composition to capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of residential rental properties. Assignments are typically 30-60 minutes on-site, with post-production and client delivery handled by our editing team. This role offers flexible, part-time freelance work with no client-facing pressure.

Requirements

• Demonstrable photography experience (real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred).
• Portfolio or sample work submitted with application.
• Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash.
• Comfortable working independently.
• DSLR or Mirrorless camera.
• Wide-angle lens (16mm full-frame / 10mm CMOS).
• Off-camera flash with diffuser.
• Tripod.
• Apple or Android device with memory card reader.
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license.
• Photographer's Liability Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Photograph residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours.
• Upload work directly through the PlanOmatic app.
• Meet turnaround deadlines.
