Rental Property Photographer - Washington, DC
About The Position
PlanOmatic delivers professional real estate photography and 3D tours to the single-family rental industry nationwide. We are seeking freelance photographers who understand lighting, composition, and efficiency on location. This role offers flexible, part-time freelance work with straightforward assignments and no client-facing pressure. You will photograph residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours, with most on-site assignments taking 30-60 minutes. Your work will be uploaded through our app, and our editing team handles post-production and client delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrable photography experience (real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred)
- Portfolio or sample work submitted with application
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash
- Comfortable working independently and meeting turnaround deadlines
- DSLR or Mirrorless camera
- Wide-angle lens (16mm full-frame / 10mm CMOS)
- Off-camera flash with diffuser
- Tripod
- Apple or Android device with memory card reader
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license
- Photographer's Liability Insurance
