About The Position
Lead a team of multi-functional employees with responsibility to maximize company results for the Quinn Power Systems Rental business. Serve as a leader for the company in the Rental Manager role. Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key customers. Drive continuous company improvement and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Manages the activities of power rental sales and administrative staff
- Power rental equipment sales
- Manages department sales goals
- Manages department budget
- Manages fleet inventories
- Coordinates marketing programs
- Answers escalated customer concerns in support of superior customer satisfaction; Oversees department employee training
