About The Position

Pape’ Material Handling, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a highly motivated Rental Dispatcher / Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that serves as the customer's primary point of contact and ensures customers have a great experience when renting equipment from Pape’. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working at a fast pace and has a winning attitude.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn internal computer systems
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry
• Ability to thrive in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Dispatching transport trucks
• Ordering transport permits
• Updating tracker system with transport status
• Uploading completed shippers
• Daily transportation billing
• Backing up rental coordinators
