Aaction Rents is a locally owned, multi-location equipment rental company serving Sonoma, Solano, and Mendocino Counties. We provide contractors, homeowners, and industrial customers with the equipment they need to get the job done — from heavy construction equipment to lawn & garden tools. We are growing and looking for a Rental Counter Associate who understands that great service, product knowledge, and follow-through make all the difference. What You’ll Do As the face of Aaction Rents, you will: Assist customers in selecting the right equipment for their needs Schedule and process rental contracts accurately and efficiently Coordinate deliveries and pickups with our transport department Work closely with Sales to ensure proper pricing Answer rental questions in person and over the phone Follow up with customers regarding ongoing rental needs Handle cash and credit card transactions Communicate qualified leads to our Inside Sales Coordinator Follow our established chain of command Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Complete at least 20 hours of continued education and training annually Support overall store operations as directed by the Store Manager We are customer-centric and results-driven.
