With locations in New York City, LA and Chicago, a nationwide e-commerce and wholesale business, international locations in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and an emerging Grocery business in the US, Magnolia Bakery's whimsical spin on classic, American desserts is now in every neighborhood. POSITION SUMMARY: Counter Associate Uphold the core values of the organization and its mission while consistently presenting and promoting brand integrity, product quality and customer service standards.
Requirements

- Maintain food safety standards, including identifying and eliminating health code violations and safety hazards.

Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling counter transactions in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Acknowledge all customers with a friendly smile and is highly responsive to needs and requests.
- Communicate clearly with each customer in a friendly and courteous way.
- Participate in team service to ensure each customer is served quickly.
- Resolve customer problems with a sense of urgency.
- Accomplish all work assignments with excellence.
- Wrap and stock desserts and supplies.
- Place desserts out for display and monitor inventory of items out for sale.
- Keep workstations and areas neat and clean.
