As a Rental Coordinator, you’ll be a key team member, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and our clients coming back for more.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel.)
  • Familiarity with construction equipment and building products.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for making customers feel valued.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • A keen sense of time-management and effective planning skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Systematics would be an asset.
  • A technical understanding of CAT equipment would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of our branch by engaging with customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with a professional attitude.
  • Coordinate equipment rentals, deliveries, and returns with precision and care by preparing paperwork and contracts for deliveries, updating internal product spreadsheets and any other product tracking systems.
  • Assist with loading and unloading customer pick-ups while keeping our product shelves stocked and ready.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with your colleagues to create a supportive and efficient work environment.
  • Wrap up each day by checking invoices, ensuring pricing accuracy, and balancing funds.
  • Act as a trusted team member by opening and closing the branch when needed.
  • Keep a keen eye on our rental equipment and saleable goods, ensuring we always have what our customers need when they need it.
  • Follow all workplace safety protocols and environmentally sound practices, making sure everyone stays safe.
