About The Position

Skyworks LLC, a family-owned and operated construction equipment rental, sales, and service business, is hiring a full-time Rental Coordinator for its Charleston branch. The role supports inside sales and dispatching, helps customers select equipment, coordinates with outside sales, manages rental inventory, prepares rental contracts, follows orders through completion, and dispatches deliveries and pickups.

Requirements

• Motivated and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of construction equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose the right equipment for their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Act as a liaison with the outside sales department.
• Control inventory asset management.
• Write rental contracts and follow through on orders from start to finish.
• Dispatch rental deliveries and pickups.
