About The Position

This role is responsible for processing orders for rental and used equipment, scheduling deliveries, and processing invoices. The coordinator will also approve and code vendor invoices for payment, order necessary equipment, batteries, and chargers for the rental fleet, and collaborate with management to monitor rental equipment and used truck inventories, including the buying and selling of assets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Microsoft Office experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor or associate degree, preferably in business
  • Previous coordinator experience in a sales and/or rental department
