About The Position

This role is crucial for managing the rental and used equipment fleet, ensuring efficient order processing, scheduling, invoicing, and inventory management. The position involves collaborating with management to optimize the rental fleet and used truck inventory, including the buying and selling of assets. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor or associate degree, preferably in business
- Previous coordinator experience in a sales and/or rental department
Responsibilities
- Processing orders for rental and used equipment
- Scheduling deliveries and processing invoices
- Approving and coding vendor invoices for payment
- Ordering equipment, batteries and chargers as required for the rental fleet
- Collaborating with management to monitor rental equipment and used truck inventories including the buying and selling of assets
