About The Position

The Rental Car Supervisor at Reno-Tahoe International Airport monitors employees scheduled to work on the assigned shift, supports productivity and safety standards, and helps fulfill customer needs. The supervisor completes productivity-related paperwork, coaches and mentors new employees, and covers for the Site Manager on days off by carrying out assigned tasks. The role may also cover driver/transporters, leads, and vehicle service attendants (car cleaners) as needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a driver's license.
Must have a clean driving record for the past three years.
Must have at least two years of experience.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Monitor all employees scheduled to work on the assigned shift.
Ensure employees are productive while at work.
Ensure employees follow safety protocols.
Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met at the assigned location.
Complete paperwork related to productivity standards.
Coach and mentor new employees.
Cover for the Site Manager on days off and carry out directed tasks.
Cover driver/transporters, leads, and vehicle service attendants (car cleaners) as needed to fulfill customer needs.
