About The Position

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is seeking a leader for a Rental Car Shift Supervisor position at their airport location. This role involves leading a team to meet daily tasks and performance standards, training new hires, providing excellent customer service, and upholding company safety policies and values. The position requires minimal supervision, excellent time management, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and perform various job-related duties.

Requirements

Valid driver's license (non CDL)
21 years of age or older
HS Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous supervisory experience
Experience driving a variety of vehicles
Flexible with schedule to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
