City Kia Of Great Orlando has an immediate opportunity for a Rental Car Agent. Must have an outgoing personality, the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be available to work weekends and afternoons.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Ensure loaner vehicles are checked in properly for damage and fuel usage prior to customer leaving the service center.
• Ensure proper documentation requirements are met for all loaner contracts (i.e. valid DL, valid proof of insurance, deductible deposit charged if applicable).
• Escort customers to the loaner car, perform a walk around, cover preexisting damage, and fuel levels, and obtain all document signatures required.
• Upon loaner car return, perform a return walk around, review any new damage and fuel level, obtain all return document signatures required, as well as any payment for deductible/damage/s to loaner car.
• Assist Fixed Operations Director with other duties as required.
