About The Position

Dolan Toyota is looking for a Rental Agent who is responsible for helping customers who need to rent a vehicle. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Strong communication skills.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about rental options, rates, and vehicle features.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate information.
Complete rental agreements accurately and efficiently, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure they are in proper condition.
Coordinate vehicle pick-up and return schedules to meet customer needs.
Monitor the availability of rental vehicles.
Work closely with the Service Team to ensure vehicles are in good, working condition and ready for rental.
Maintain accurate and organized rental records, including customer information, contracts, and payment details.
Process payments and refunds using the company's designated systems.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to rental services.
Educate customers on safe and responsible vehicle operation.
