About The Position
As a Rental Agent, you'll be at the center of the customer experience, helping travelers finalize their reservations, understand their rental options, and get on the road with confidence. This role combines customer service, hospitality, and sales in a fast-paced airport environment where every interaction is an opportunity to create a positive experience.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Must be certified to drive.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have fewer than 3 tickets or 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Background in sales, hospitality, customer service, hotels, restaurants, retail, or another guest-focused industry.
- Enjoy helping people while closing sales.
