Cascade AIDS Project is excited to announce that we are hiring skilled and team-oriented SW Washington Rent Assistance Specialist. The individual works on CAP’s SW Washington team to provide services that include: completing emergency rental assistance applications and goal plans, contacting landlords to set up payment of rent and fees, arranging medical motel vouchers, providing information and referral, advocacy, and eviction prevention support services to people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). This is a Full-Time role working at our Vancouver location in SW Washinton. The schedule for this role is Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm. Starting pay is $29.18 an hour which is equivalent to just over $48,547 a year. The SW WA Rent Assistance Specialist’s pay increases with tenure and the top of the pay scale is $33.99. This is a union represented position, so the compensation, benefits and conditions of work are collectively bargained.
