The customer, subcontractors and NBC's project managers lean heavily on the site supervisor for their expertise to ensure the schedules, material procurement and proper sequence of work is being flawlessly executed. In the role you will be: As a Site Supervisor overseeing multiple construction sites, you play a pivotal role in ensuring projects meet scheduling goals and surpass client expectations. Your responsibilities include meticulous attention to detail, effective coordination with teams and stakeholders, and hands-on involvement to maintain productivity and meet deadlines. You lead clients through an exceptional experience by maintaining open communication, providing regular updates, and promptly addressing concerns. Responsibility for executing projects according to approved plans and building codes involves close monitoring, addressing deviations, and upholding high-quality standards. Financial management is critical, as you prepare cost estimates, purchase orders, and change orders, closely collaborating with the project manager and administrative team to track expenses accurately. Developing and maintaining construction schedules, providing clear direction to the team, and ensuring necessary resources are available are vital for success. Your proactive involvement in project meetings allows you to anticipate stakeholder needs and identify solutions to optimize outcomes. Continuous risk management is a priority as you lead teams in identifying and mitigating potential risks for scope, quality, schedule, and financial targets. Requirements

skilled site superintendent who has experience working on & managing construction projects from execution to completion
Minimum of 5 years in construction
Reliable Transportation required with a valid driver's license
Clean and presentable appearance
High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Working within Buildertend, or another Construction CRM is strongly desired.
Carpentry skills - framing & trim carpentry strongly desired
Experience with construction management software tools and current technology is a bonus
An associate degree and/or degree in construction trade/management is strongly preferred, but not required
