About The Position

Pool Centurion is seeking a Pool Renovation Sales Manager to lead and grow our renovation and remodeling sales division. This role is responsible for generating renovation revenue by consulting with homeowners, identifying renovation opportunities, developing project scopes, preparing estimates, presenting solutions, and closing sales. The Pool Renovation Sales Manager serves as the primary customer-facing representative throughout the sales process and works closely with the Renovation Superintendent to ensure projects are accurately scoped and successfully transitioned to production. The ideal candidate combines consultative sales expertise with a strong understanding of pool renovations, remodeling projects, equipment upgrades, and outdoor living enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in renovation sales, pool remodeling, construction sales, home improvement sales, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of pool renovation and remodeling services.
  • Experience preparing estimates and scopes of work.
  • Ability to read site conditions, identify project requirements, and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Experience using CRM and estimating software preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Drive renovation sales revenue across assigned markets.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Manage the renovation sales pipeline from lead to contract execution.
  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend renovation solutions.
  • Present proposals, pricing, project options, and financing opportunities when applicable.
  • Follow up on leads, estimates, and open opportunities to maximize close rates.
  • Perform site visits, measurements, and project assessments.
  • Develop accurate scopes of work for renovation projects.
  • Prepare estimates for resurfacing, tile, coping, decking, equipment upgrades, automation systems, lighting, structural repairs, and outdoor living improvements.
  • Ensure projects are properly documented prior to turnover to operations.
  • Manage change order opportunities and additional sales throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Set realistic expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and costs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during project planning and pre-construction activities.
  • Support customer satisfaction efforts throughout the renovation lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with the Renovation Superintendent to ensure successful project handoff and execution.
  • Collaborate with operations, scheduling, vendors, subcontractors, and branch leadership.
  • Assist in developing processes that improve estimating accuracy, sales conversion, and customer experience.
  • Provide sales forecasting and pipeline visibility to leadership.
