About The Position

The Enterprise Renewal Sales Specialist will engage with existing customers to secure renewals of their Enterprise Agreements with Adobe across the Public Sector Canada space. This will be accomplished by understanding current customer environments, use cases, value realization, adoption trends, and usage indicators. The role requires managing existing accounts through enterprise agreement renewals while also identifying growth opportunities within the assigned account portfolio.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of prior inside or outside sales experience, preferably in enterprise software, with a proven track record of success
  • Previous experience in account management related to renewing Enterprise Agreements, including understanding customer use cases, product adoption, and contractual requirements
  • Experience selling into Public Sector accounts in Canada is preferred
  • Understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and solution-selling process within Strategic Accounts is helpful, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong active listening abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive and close renewal opportunities and upsell within the Strategic Public Sector Canada Enterprise space
  • Assist customers in understanding Adobe enterprise solutions, configurations, environments, and how they align with current infrastructure, compliance requirements, and organizational objectives
  • Drive CXO customer retention through customer insights, usage trends, understanding of business challenges, and alignment to organizational priorities
  • Leverage Mutual Action Plans to drive timely renewals and long-term customer success
  • Demonstrate strong planning skills to manage customer renewals, priorities, and timelines throughout the fiscal year
  • Partner closely with Account Directors and Product Specialists to strategically drive customer retention and expansion plans across existing Adobe relationships
  • Identify and drive incremental growth opportunities with every renewal while uncovering additional expansion opportunities beyond the current Adobe footprint
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while carrying quota responsibility for an assigned territory
  • Accurately forecast and manage pipeline activity on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity records within CRM systems
