The Technical Renewal Sales Specialist is responsible for proactively managing and executing the Guest Internet Access (GIA) renewal sales process for manufacturer support and license entitlements. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and internal partners to identify renewal needs, prepare and deliver accurate quotes, and ensure timely processing of renewal orders to maintain continuity of service. This role plays a critical part in revenue retention, customer satisfaction, and operational accuracy. By owning the renewal lifecycle and partnering cross functionally, the Technical Renewal Sales Specialist helps ensure customers remain supported, compliant with manufacturer requirements, and positioned for long term success with SONIFI solutions.
