About The Position

Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is growing and has a new opportunity for a Renewal Retention Specialist in Huntsville, Ontario. This role is for a collaborative insurance professional with a passion for the client experience and their team members. You will bring together your advanced personal lines insurance knowledge with strong technical skills to service clients’ full lifestyle portfolio for personal lines insurance needs. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience in a service and client satisfaction-oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C provincial underwriting criteria, portals, claims handling, handling of client inquiries
  • Self-starter as well as a perfect collaborator
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Always think customer first, responding to internal/external clients in a timely & professional manner

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance Broker Level 2 License preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
  • Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
  • Ensure quality service and professionalism at every customer interaction
