TrendMicro.com Position Summary: The Online Renewal Sales Specialist is responsible for driving renewal performance and customer retention through Trend's online direct channels. This role manages the end-to-end online renewal lifecycle, including forecasting, performance monitoring, and executing renewal strategies across global Consumer markets. The position requires strong analytical capability, commercial judgment, and collaboration with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to optimize renewal rates and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital sales, renewals, ecommerce, or subscription management.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience working with BI tools, CRM systems, or subscription platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across regional and global teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own online renewal revenue targets across Consumer digital channels.
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting renewal conversion.
  • Drive improvements to auto-renew, manual renewals, upgrade paths, and win-back flows.
  • Support end-to-end renewal touchpoints including email journeys, in-product notifications, checkout flows, and pricing strategies.
  • Partner with Customer Service and Operations to resolve renewal friction points (billing issues, failed payments, expired cards, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and reduce churn.
  • Provide insights to Pricing, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment with regional regulations and standards.
