This role manages the end-to-end online renewal lifecycle, including forecasting, performance monitoring, and executing renewal strategies across global Consumer markets. The position requires strong analytical capability, commercial judgment, and collaboration with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to optimize renewal rates and customer experience.
