What You Will Do Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, and Finance as needed Lead initial renewal contract negotiations with customers and escalate when appropriate Process customer license audits for Sales and Customer Success, addressing discrepancies as they arise Ensure prompt and accurate responses to inbound customer requests and internal communications Deliver excellent customer service throughout the renewal lifecycle Ensure all renewals are completed prior to their expiration date Manage a pipeline of renewal quotes and orders with strong prioritization and time management Maintain CRM data integrity in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, including forecasting and activity tracking Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams Process monthly renewals for assigned Arena customers and submit to the correct customer contacts Identify strategic opportunities through contract review and collaboration with Sales Communicate company policies and any limitations that may impact customer requests Recommend alternative subscription options when customer requests cannot be met Follow PTC’s Code of Conduct
