As a Renewal Manager at Gong, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our SMB customers continue to see value and renew their partnership with Gong. You’ll drive the end-to-end contract renewal process, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also contribute to improving efficiency and retention through our renewals playbook, operational workflows, and customer engagement strategies.
