About The Position
HF Sinclair in Dallas, TX is seeking a Summer 2027 Renewables Intern who will conduct routine assignments to support commercial operations initiatives for the renewables organization under close supervision.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Excel (e.g., V-Lookup, pivot tables); and strong analytical skills with solid attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task complex requirements.
- Intermediate reading, writing and mathematical skills.
- Needs to show initiative and strong problem solving skills.
- Must be results oriented with an ability to influence through good written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist in generating reports to monitor business performance and summarize key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in review Renewables contracts and pricing for accuracy, complete and delivered in a timely manner
- Assists with feedstock and product distribution at Renewable facilities.
- Liaises with other departments such as Refinery Accounting, Credit, Marketing, Tax, and Data Integrity to ensure assigned customers receive excellent customer service
- Ensures contract and pricing documentation is compliant with Audit and SOX requirements
- Coordinates with scheduling, billing, and accounting groups to ensure invoices are prompt and accurate
- Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.
