About The Position

RH is seeking a Rendering Specialist, Creative Development to support the creation of refined, photorealistic visual assets that bring RH environments to life. This role partners closely with the Visual Presentation, Architecture, and Design teams to execute approved concepts into compelling renderings and visual studies that reflect RH’s point of view on scale, materiality, light, and spatial experience. The position is production-focused, detail-driven, and operates under the direction of Visual Presentation leadership.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in architectural, interior, or retail visualization
Proven ability to produce photorealistic renderings and visual storytelling for built environments
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of rendering platforms such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, or Twinmotion
Experience with Photoshop; familiarity with Unreal Engine is a plus
Strong understanding of architectural scale, proportion, and spatial design principles
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craft
Follow creative direction, technical standards, and production schedules
Clear, professional communication and strong organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visualization, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, preferred.

Execute high-quality renderings, animations, and visual studies that translate approved design concepts into accurate, photorealistic representations of RH environments
Support the rendering and visualization process by applying established workflows, standards, and best practices
Partner with Visual Presentation, Architecture, and Design teams to visualize approved layouts, product curation, and spatial concepts
Interpret direction related to materiality, lighting, proportion, and spatial flow to ensure visual outputs align with RH’s aesthetic
Prepare, convert, and maintain digital assets including product libraries, gallery floor plans, and 3D visualization files
Apply RH’s visualization standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables
Utilize designated software and rendering tools to complete assigned work efficiently and within project timelines
Incorporate feedback and revisions with precision and attention to detail
Communicate progress, technical considerations, and completion status to Visual Presentation leadership
Support the exploration and testing of new rendering tools and techniques as directed
Perform additional related tasks as assigned in support of business and creative objectives
