About The Position

The Creative Specialist plays a key role in advancing FastMed’s visual identity and brand consistency statewide, with a primary focus on graphic design. This role develops innovative, patient‑centric visual assets that elevate brand integrity, enhance patient experience, and support enterprise-wide communication and marketing goals. In addition, the Creative Specialist creates and oversees social media content and digital campaigns, ensuring a cohesive, engaging presence across platforms and reinforcing FastMed’s Compassionate Hospitality approach. The remaining portion of the role supports community and marketing event engagement through being part of the company staff onsite at the event, photography, and videography. The Creative Specialist collaborates across clinical operations, medical leadership, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to ensure all creative output aligns with organizational objectives.

  • Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, digital design software, and content creation tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute design strategies tailored to diverse audiences across digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity across all creative outputs.
  • Ability to analyze visual, social media, and campaign metrics to evaluate performance and optimize creative strategies.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, including future support for Spanish‑language content.
  • Strong understanding of patient‑centric communication and design principles to enhance consumer experience and engagement.
  • Adaptability to incorporate emerging market, social media, and healthcare design trends into creative strategy.
  • Skills in crisis communication to support rapid‑turn messaging and public‑facing communications when needed.
  • Experience providing creative support for live events, including photography, videography, and staffing the events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing design projects, including digital strategies and traditional outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, iterate, and deliver compelling creative assets for enterprise communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop high‑quality visual deliverables across digital, print, in‑clinic signage, patient‑facing materials, presentations, and brand identity systems.
  • Maintain and manage FastMed’s brand integrity by upholding the style guide and reviewing organizational materials for consistency.
  • Lead creative development processes from ideation through final production to ensure effective and innovative visual outputs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of creative projects and provide recommendations that strengthen quality, brand alignment, and impact.
  • Partner with agencies and vendors to support day‑to‑day production needs and ensure timely execution of creative deliverables.
  • Monitor design, healthcare, and market trends to inform creative strategies and keep outputs current.
  • Develop and manage social media content that supports FastMed’s brand voice and communication goals.
  • Create graphics, short‑form videos, animations, and other multimedia assets tailored for social platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish social content to maintain an engaging and cohesive presence across channels.
  • Collaborate with bilingual team members to ensure cultural sensitivity and linguistic accuracy in Spanish‑language content.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and improve content strategies.
  • Support enterprise-wide digital communication needs by producing content for internal and external audiences.
  • Provide onsite creative support at community events, clinics, and corporate engagements, including photography and video capture.
  • Deliver visual design support for event collateral, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with crisis communications and rapid‑turn event-related messaging as needed.
  • Participate in statewide events as required to ensure consistent brand representation and support organizational objectives.
