Purpose of Role The Audio Marketing Operations Department exists to drive profitable growth by translating deep understanding of short and long-term products and marcomm strategies across YCA and YCJ into scalable, high-impact marketing operations. Through execution and continuous improvement, the team designs and runs efficient operating models that balance speed and quality. Key Accountabilities Include Support projects and assets that deliver business impact Support achievement of department KGIs and KPIs Support the strategic direction of Audio aligned with YCJ Primary Responsibilities Include Support the work with external marketing/ad agencies Develop assets across all media types: video, email, print, web, e-learning/LMS
