The Creative Specialist will support the Director of Brand Marketing & Events by executing and managing creative assets for events, trade shows, and internal initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, event marketing, or creative production.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to support trade shows and events.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks while onsite at events, including lifting, carrying, standing for extended periods, and assisting with setup and teardown.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Photography skills and experience capturing event or brand imagery.
  • Experience supporting live events or trade shows.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Brand Marketing & Events by executing creative assets for events and trade shows.
  • Design and produce event signage, environmental graphics, booth visuals, stage materials, presentations, and branded collateral.
  • Assist with on-site event and trade show support to ensure creative assets are properly installed and represent the brand at a high level.
  • Provide hands-on support during event setup and teardown, which may include lifting, moving, assembling, and installing signage, displays, and branded materials.
  • Support travel coordination efforts related to events as needed, including assistance with logistics, schedules, and communication related to company travel.
  • Support the technology needs of events and trade shows, including coordination and on-site assistance for speakers, presentations, and event sessions (such as national sales meetings and summits).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and show services to support event technology requirements, including audiovisual needs and presentation setup.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of event technology during setup and live events to help ensure a smooth attendee and speaker experience.
  • Create print and digital assets for events, including banners, signage, wayfinding, booth graphics, presentation templates, and promotional materials.
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files and efficiently manage revisions.
  • Assist with photography needs by capturing event and trade show imagery when appropriate.
  • Assist with internal creative requests across the organization, including flyers, advertisements, sales materials, and digital graphics.
  • Balance in-house creative requests alongside event and trade show priorities.
  • Execute creative work efficiently while adhering to brand standards and timelines.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative outputs.
  • Ensure proper use of logos, color palettes, typography, and messaging.
  • Support updates to templates and branded creative systems as directed.
  • Maintain organized working files, templates, and creative archives.
  • Assist with storing final assets for internal access and future use.
  • Follow established file naming, version control, and storage standards.
